Caravan Description
Our beautiful Atlas Everglade, 2 bedroom caravan with decking and outdoor seating, is for rent on Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset.
This caravan, which is just 5 years old, provides all of the comforts you would expect in your own home, including a Freeview TV in both the living room and main bedroom, private unlimited Wi-Fi and easily accessible USB charging points in the lounge and main bedroom. You can also access Now TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, iPlayer, ITV Hub and much more from the TV in the lounge with a valid subscription & account.
There are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double with a king size bed, both presented with duvets, pillows and bed linen. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The caravan comfortably sleeps 4, but if required we can accommodate an extra infant of two years old or under who are able to sleep in a travel cot. Please note the caravan is not suitable for 4 individual adults.
The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin and a hairdryer is provided. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is well-equipped with the usual, including a kettle, microwave, toaster, excellent oven and hob and various other utensils and knick-knacks to make this a real home away from home. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are provided along with some kitchen basics: oil, salt & pepper, vinegar and some basic cleaning/washing up products, antibacterial hand wash & hand sanitizer.
Tea towels, an iron and full size ironing board are also provided.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors and bed linen are supplied, along with a bath mat and 2 x HAND towels. Please bring your own towels for showering.
The lounge has an electric fire and there are radiators providing central heating in all rooms.
Decking on the outside provides a lovely area to sunbathe or eat 'al fresco'. This area is gated to keep any over-active toddlers in safely. There is also an outdoor storage box to store bikes, beach items, a wheelchair or buggy.
Minimum stay 3 nights, prices start from £210 low-season. Discounted rates available for 7 or 14 night stays, off-peak dates only. Minimum stay may be longer during school holidays and peak season.
A security deposit of £150 is required before pick up of keys but is refundable on inspection of the caravan after you leave in line with the booking terms and conditions.

THE RESORT
Hoburne Park is a 5* resort and excellent for all the family. It is located in Christchurch, close to Bournemouth and the main resort facilities include entertainment, an indoor pool and outdoor pool (May-Sept), sauna, steam room, gym, pool table, arcade, indoor soft play, outdoor playground areas, mini golf, tennis court, laundry facilities, cafe bar & restaurant.
PARK PASSES
Passes to access site facilities at Hoburne Park are optional but if you wish to access the swimming pools, gym & entertainment and other facilities you will need to purchase park passes for your party. Passes cost £50 for the duration of your stay, or 1 day passes are available for shorter breaks at a cost of £25. The cost covers all guests staying in the accommodation. You can access the restaurant and café area without a pass. Passes must be requested and paid for through us in advance of your stay.

About the Area
LOCATION:Our cosy coastal holiday home is situated on 5 star Hoburne Park and is excellent for all the family.
The site is nestled between The New Forest and the spectacular Dorset Coast and within a 10 minute walk of the beautiful, sandy Avon Beach. The beach has Blue Flag status and adjoins local treasures Steamer Point Nature reserve, Highcliffe Castle & Beach, Mudeford Quay & glorious Hengistbury Head.
The enchanting town of Christchurch is only a 10 minute drive away, where you will find plenty of shops, great pubs and restaurants and the picturesque Christchurch Quay which also has a fantastic children’s playground and seasonal outdoor splash park.
Highcliffe Village is also just 5 minutes drive, with a great local butcher & baker, convenience stores, lovely cafes and a great beach for exploring!
There is also plenty of opportunity to do some fine dining at The Lord Bute or The Oaks (Brasserie Blanc) in Highcliffe or Pebble Beach down in Barton-on-Sea. For food with a view, head down to The Cliff House in Barton, The Noisy Lobster on Avon Beach or The Cliffhanger in Highcliffe, all boasting great food and stunning views of the coast and Isle of Wight.
Bournemouth, Poole, Lymington, Wimborne, Southampton & Paultons Park are a short drive away and The New Forest is on the door step which offers plenty of opportunity to explore!
