Caravan Description

Our caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people. We have 3 bedrooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge. We have double glazing and central heating. We have double doors in the lounge which opens onto a beautiful decking area with a lovely patio set - new for 2020.

Lounge - Comfortable seating area,Smart 42" Freeview TV, Blu-ray, Integrated Bluetooth sound system, sofa bed, coffee table, stools and an Electric Fire.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with gas cooker and hob, Dishwasher, microwave, Kettle and Toaster. There is also a full-size fridge freezer.
Dining area - Freestanding table and chairs (seats 4, or 6 if you pull up the stools) and a radiator.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with TV/DVD Combo, storage cupboards, bedside drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, access to ensuite, radiator and a window.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, storage cupboards, wardrobe with shelf and radiator.
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, storage cupboards, wardrobe with shelves and a radiator.
Bathroom - Wash basin, toilet and shower, plus shelving area, cupboards and a radiator.
En-Suite - Wash basin and toilet.
Our caravan is located in the centre of the park on Lytchett Bay View. It takes approx 4 mins to walk to the main facilities and 4 mins to get to the beach.
Bookings & Conditions
We require £100 deposit to book with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If you have booked late and within the 8 weeks we require the full amount immediately.
We also charge a fully refundable security deposit of £100 which will cover any breakages, damage and/or loss to our caravan. The security deposit must be paid when the full amount if paid (8 weeks before arrival). Providing there are no breakages, damage and/or loss the security deposit will be returned within 3 days of check out.
No smoking
We do not allow pets.
No single sex groups as per park rules.
We do not provide entertainment passes or linen, We do supply Duvets and Pillows so you only need to bring your own covers
Entertainment passes (if required) are available from the park. You will not be able to use the park facilities without them. Prices are as follows:
Peak 2019
3/4 night breaks - £35.20 adult / £17.10 child (4-16) - Capped at £162.80
7 night breaks - £45.40 adult / £23.90 child (4-16) - Capped at £201.30
Off Peak - 2019
3/4 night breaks - £23.70 adult / £12.10 child (4-16) - Capped at £122.10
7 night breaks - £30.50 adult / £14.90 child (4-16) - Capped at £145.20
Linen can also be hired from the site at approx. £40 for the van
