Caravan Description

Situated on Oakdene Forest Park, the caravan Florida is located just past the leisure centre, providing easy access and ample parking.

The caravan offers three bedrooms, one double and two twin, a spacious shower and two separate toilets. One bedroom has a storage wardrobe.

The living area is very roomy with dining corner and open plan kitchen with all appliances. There is a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas fireplace.

To the rear of the caravan is a private patio area with table and chairs and ivy covered trellis gives protection from the wind. The pitch is also one of the most private with a hedge on one side giving complete privacy.

We welcome dogs. However, there is a charge for a second dog at £5 per day.

Bookings & Conditions

We require a £75 booking deposit, the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A refundable deposit of £50 will be added to the final payment.

The tenant will find the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

The tenant has the duty to look after the caravan in a proper manner. They must leave the place inside and outside clean and tidy, failing to do so, may result in losing your deposit.

Any breakages have to be reported to the owner and will have to be paid for.

Items left behind, will not be sent on, in exceptional cases a charge of £10 will be made.

Oakdene is a family park, music and noise has to be kept at an acceptable level, it must stop after 10pm.

Excessive drinking is not allowed, the park will contact the owner.

For lost keys, a charge of £20 will be made.

Location

Oakdene Forest Park is well located for all areas of Dorset, including the New Forest Country Parks, activity centres, pubs, riding stables and the coast including, Bournemouth and Pool.

Our caravan is very well located on the Park, just near the leisure centre, which consists of a pool with slide, gym, amusements, crazy golf and the reception to book any other activities. A Wellness Centre can also be found in the complex.

The beautiful Hern Pine Forest is just next door, which provides scenic bike trails, short and long walks, which are perfect for children and dogs. The sandy ground is pleasant to walk on so you will not get muddy shoes.
