Available to rent is our 2001, 36ft x 12ft Cosalt Retreat, 3 bedroom caravan. For insurance purposes the caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 guests only.
Our caravan is a good 10-minute walk from the swimming pool, shop & showbar etc.
Available are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one twin room/2 single beds.
Duvets and pillows are provided only. You must provide your bed linen & towels.
In the lounge, we provide a 32 inch TV with Freeview.
A fully fitted kitchen is available which includes a gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave & small fridge.
Crockery & cutlery is also included, also an iron, ironing board, hoover & hairdryer.
The bathroom is fitted with a large shower, washbasin & toilet.
We do not have central heating; however, we provide heaters and oil filled radiators all season. The caravan is doubled glazed.
Our caravan has a veranda, plus an outdoor bench & table and chairs may be used from the storage box.
Sorry, we do not provide a travel cot or highchair.
Bookings, Terms & Conditions
Gas & water is included in the rental cost.
ELECTRIC is EXTRA. Please note this is based on meter readings on arrival and departure. Each unit is priced at 30p, for example if you use 25 units the cost would be £7.50
Entertainment passes are NOT included.
A £75 deposit will be required to secure your booking, which must be paid at the time of booking your holiday. The remaining balance will be required 6 weeks before your stay.
Please note the £75 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking at anytime.
Please note that if you cancel your holiday within the 6 weeks 50% of the holiday cost will still be charged.
A refundable bond of £75 will also be required, which will be returned once the caravan has been checked following your departure and no loss, damage, breakages or the need for an excessive clean found - please allow up to 7 working days for the bond to be refunded.
Any loss of keys, a charge of £35 will be made.
Check in is from 3pm. Please depart before 11am on the day of departure. Chargeable early check in or later check out may be available please ask.
Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed in the caravan.
Our caravan is for family holidays only, therefore NO same sex groups will be accepted.
Please be aware that your bond will NOT be refunded if our T&C's are not followed.

About the Area
Thornwick Bay is a modern site with plenty of entertainment and has just had a multi-million pound renovation through Haven, including a new indoor swimming pool with waterslides and a new Lighthouse restaurant with an outdoor seating/play area. Bike hire and other activities are also available including the new Segway track.Holiday Park Facilities

Pub/Club, Fishing, Amusement Arcade, Indoor Pool, Laundrette, Restaurant, Kids Club, Gym.
There is also a Spar supermarket on site, but for a larger shop there is a Morrison's/Tesco/ Aldi near Bridlington, which is 3 miles away. Buses are available to catch on site.
Thornwick Bay is 20 miles from Scarborough and a 20 minute walk from Flamborough Head.
