Welcome to our beautiful, 3 bedroom, ’Platinum’ grade Willerby Cameo family holiday home with double glazing and central heating.

Situated on Presthaven Sands Beach Resort in Prestatyn, it is a perfect location with plenty on site to keep everyone entertained.

It also makes a perfect base for exploring North Wales with its beautiful scenery and coastline.

Open plan kitchen and family dining area with full size fridge-freezer, microwave, slow cooker, oven, toaster and washing machine.

The large master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, overbed cupboards, 2 bedside cabinets, a vanity unit built into the rear bay window, a TV and en-suite.

2 twin bedrooms, both with wardrobe.

A modern family shower room with double shower, WC and sink with vanity unit.

Patio doors leading out onto decking with outside furniture, along with a side decking with ramped access. A charcoal BBQ is also available for your use.

Location

Presthaven Sands Beach Resort is a fun-filled family holiday park running alongside the golden sand dunes that offer direct access to miles of sandy beach.

It has three pools with outdoor lazy river, a large arcade, central 'action zone' with go karts and high ropes adventure.

There is also an indoor sport court with climbing wall and children's play area in case the weather isn't kind to you.

Inside the main complex you will find two show bars with a fun packed schedule of entertainment, including kids' shows, family quizzes, bingo and cabarets.

Then, just by the entrance is a nice and quiet family pub with outside play area for the children.

On-site eateries include the Mash and Barrel Lounge-Bar-Café showing all the latest sports, Burger King, Cooke’s Fish & Chip shop and a Papa John's Pizza, who will deliver to your Caravan.

There is also a Nisa convenience store on-site should you forget any necessities.

Just a 5 minute drive off site to Prestatyn, you will find a large Tesco, retail park and high street shopping.

There’s plenty to explore off site too, with Conwy Castle, Mountain Zoo, Llandudno and Dyserth Falls to name a few.

All are within easy reach and with a bus stop on site, Presthaven Sands Beach Resort is a great base from which to explore, even if you don't drive.

So, whether it's out and about or staying on the Park, you're sure to have a great holiday at Presthaven Sands!

Prices

All our prices include bed linen, with beds made up on your arrival and a welcome pack for you too.

Essential items such as toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up facilities and tea towels, will be left in the caravan for you.

*Wi- Fi is available at an additional £10 per stay, for any number of devices.

Sorry, there is no smoking and no pets allowed.

This is our family holiday home and is well looked after - it's not just a rental caravan business.

We trust you will respect it too and hope to have you return time and time again.
