Caravan Description

I have a 2015, 35 x 12 Willerby Vacation, 3 bedroom, 6 berth caravan for hire on Richmond Holiday Centre in Skegness, with double glazing and central heating.

Within the caravan there is a 32" colour TV with Freeview, a DVD player, gas fire, iron and small ironing board, a hairdryer, gas cooker, toaster, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment, along with crockery, saucepans etc.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are fitted, plus a caravan alarm system.

I have a large decking area with ramp and gate, complete with table and sun chairs.

This is my holiday home and I would only ask that people treat it with respect.

Duvets are supplied for 4 single beds and 1 double bed. No other linen is supplied.

All mattresses have protectors fitted, as do all the pillows.

Tea towels and hand towels are available.


Bookings & Conditions

No felt tip pens or crayons are allowed in this caravan.

Smoking is not allowed in the caravan, but I do not mind the decking being used as long as dog ends etc. are disposed of safely and cleanly.

Couples and families only.

Person booking caravan must be over 25 as per site rules.

Same sex groups are not allowed as per site rules.

I require a deposit of £80 per booking. This bond secures your holiday as a deposit and is then held as a security bond, to be refunded up to 10 days after the holiday, subject to the holiday home being left in a clean and tidy condition with no loss, damage or breakages, as found upon arrival. Deductions will be made for loss, damage and/or breakages. Also, if the holiday home is not left to a suitable clean and tidy standard, a £35 extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the bond before it is returned.

As the deposit secures the holiday, it is not refunded if you cancel the holiday.
