Caravan Description
Situated close the tennis courts, crazy golf etc but in a quiet part of Parc Montana this mobile home would appeal to active families as well as couples looking for relaxing holiday. A short walk away are the excellent swimming pools, gym, restaurant and entertainment centre etc.
This recently refurbished mobile home has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The living area adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, has a free-standing sofa, dining table and chairs, and benefits from air-conditioning. There is also a full-sized fridge/freezer as well as a smaller drinks fridge outside for those essential cold drinks and ice creams!
The patio area provides full sun and comfortable sun-beds for sun-lovers as well as areas of dappled shade in which to relax and cool down! There is a dining suite and parasol for ‘al fresco’ dining. This area also has subtle lighting to enable long evenings of relaxation and socialising.
Linen is provided [as well as complimentary English tea for those who might miss their morning cuppa!]

About the Area
Parc Saint James Montana is situated in a beautiful area of the Cote d’Azur a few kilometres from St Tropez. It is a unique site located on a hillside and set amongst stone pines, cork and oak trees which prove both shade and privacy. The village of Gassin is one of several stunning medieval hilltop villages in the area which all offer amazing views and many excellent places to eat to suit all budgets.The numerous beaches are beautiful, long, and sandy and the sea really is azur! There are many types of water sports available in the area as well as other activities such as paint balling, water parks etc. For those who like a more sedate life the Parc is within reasonable travel time to Nice,Cannes and even Monte Carlo.
