Caravan Description
Relaxing Retreat...your holiday time is as precious as ours so spend it in our 'Deluxe' caravan on Thorpe Park Holiday Centre in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire.
Our caravan boasts 3 bedrooms, a large family shower room and an additional toilet with hand basin. We have one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out double bed concealed in the lounge seating area.
It offers open plan living with ample seating and a seperate dining area from the spacious modern kitchen. Our open plan living area is suitably equipped with a large TV and integrated DVD player with soundbar.
Our caravan is double glazed and has efficient hot air heaters in the bedrooms, with a modern gas fire in the lounge.
Outside we have ample parking space for two cars, plus a paved patio with outdoor seating.
Additional items included, if required: Manual wheelchair – highchair - outdoor seating – bed linen and tea towels.
Terms & Conditions
We require a £50 deposit to secure your holiday booking date.
In addition to the booking deposit we require a £100 damage/security bond, which will be added to the cost displayed of your holiday break date. This will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure if no lose, faults or breakages are found upon inspection.
The outstanding holiday balance must be received within 5 weeks of your holiday start date. In the event of a cancellation holiday becoming available, full payment of the holiday cost must be paid in full if the start date is less than 5 weeks away.
In the event of your holiday requiring to be cancelled for any reason prior to the 5 weeks of your holiday start date, all monies paid will be refunded in full minus the £50 Booking Deposit.
The caravan is an 8 berth and this number should not be exceeded at any time.
No stag or hen parties are allowed.
No pets or smoking allowed inside our caravan. We ask you respect this due to family members’ allergies and medical conditions.
We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday that are within our control, but we cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or another member of your party for circumstances outside of our control. We urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance.
Arrival is 3pm. Departure is by 10am
When leaving the caravan please turn off all electrical appliances, e.g. fire, cooker, hair appliances etc.

We are situated in a conveniently central location on Thorpe Park Holiday Centre, in a quiet cul-de-sac within 5 minutes' walking distance of the main entertainment complex and reception.The facilities at Haven's Thorpe Park Holiday Centre are varied and offer a fun-filled holiday for all ages. Facilities include: heated swimming pool; outdoor swimming pool with slides, flumes and a sunbathing area; large outdoor play areas; crazy golf; children's entertainment and activities; showbar with varied entertainment; indoor soft play area; large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating; amusements; pedal karts; archery; football; takeaway outlet that includes Burger King and fish and chips; Spar shop; two large fishing lakes; golf course; launderette.
The site also offers ample parking for ease of access to the beach entrances.
