Welcome to our beautiful two bedroom, six berth caravan on the quiet Sandringham pitch at Manor Park Village in Hunstanton, on the stunning Norfolk coast.

Our caravan enjoys a distant sea view and has an enclosed decking for those who just want to relax, or with a short walk can be at the beach and sea front.

The caravan offers double glazing and full gas central heating, so is nice and cosy on those colder evenings.

It has an open plan living area, which provides plenty of seating, with two chairs and a wraparound sofa incorporating a pull-out bed, also a full size TV, DVD player and some games.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, family size gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, plus a Hoover. The kitchen also provides a ample amount of worktop space for cooking all the family's favourite meals, which can be purchased from Tesco, which is just a stone's throw away. Or, if you prefer a different cuisine there are local takeaways.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table and four chairs.

Bedrooms

The main double bedroom offers a double bed, an en-suite and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The second double bedroom offers twin beds and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

Bed Linen and towels are NOT provided, but we are happy to supply them for an additional £30 per week.

The bathroom consists of a separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Outside we have a decking/veranda, which comes with a table and chairs that are stored in the storage box. You are most welcome to use them but we ask for you to return them to the storage box after your stay with us.

Lockable, gated access to the veranda will help increase child safety.

This caravan is of a very high standard and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is parking for 2 cars with its own parking bay.

Wi-Fi

For the modern day internet and Facebook surfers, Wi-Fi has been installed throughout the Park which enables Wi-Fi to all caravans. This is provided via Wi-Finity on a 'Pay as you Go' basis. The fee for Wi-Fi is dependent on the length of your stay and the number if appliances you wish to register. Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse free of charge.

Booking Details

A non-refundable deposit of £75 will be required at the time of booking to secure your holiday, with the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. Please e-mail or telephone for latest availability and prices.

A £50 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings, which will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, providing the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived - in a clean and tidy condition and no damage.

Bookings accepted from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. 2 night stays are also available.

About the Area

Manor Park Village

Our caravan is close to all amenities, i.e. club house with adjoining arcade, new indoor swimming pool (2 heated outdoor pools) and laundry room.


Entertainment passes are available and can be purchased at Reception. These are not included in our rental price.


There is a Tesco supermarket five minutes' walk away and if you're driving, the fuel station and supermarket is two minutes away.

The beach is just a short walk away too, with loads of places to get the good old fashioned treats like fish and chips, ice creams, candy floss, sweets and doughnuts to name a few.

On the way to the beach and sea front you will pass the good old fashioned arcades and the fairground.

We are happy to recommend some local places to eat if you are looking for a change of scenery.

Local buses stop outside the Park gates, with services to King's Lynn where you will find a nice shopping area. There's also the local Coastal Hopper bus service, which visits coastal towns and villages, including Cromer, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Sheringham etc. Concessionary passes are accepted on these buses.
