Caravan Description
We are offering for hire our lovely, modern 4 berth caravan which is sited on Sand le Mere Holiday Village near Withernsea in Yorkshire.
The caravan is double glazed and has central heating.
It has a two bedrooms. There's a double bed in one room, with walk-in closet and en-suite toilet, along with two single beds in the other bedroom.
Within the caravan you will find two TVs, one DVD player and an Xbox with plenty games.
We have a lovely, bright living room with a breakfast bar, along with a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and grill, a gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
All bedding is provided, but you will need your own towels as they are not provided for hygiene reasons.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required on top of listed price for security. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, after the caravan has been inspected and the caravan is left as found.
Strictly no pets or smoking allowed in the caravan.

About the Area
The caravan is a two-minute walk from the beach and five minute walk from the main complex. The tranquil, fully-stocked fishing lake is also a two-minute walk away, with a variety of fish including carp weighing up to 30lbs! There is also a tackle shop for all you fishing needs.Sand le Mere Holiday Village has just undergone extensive refurbishment and has everything you need for a great holiday. There is a pool with a gym, sauna and steam room, an indoor soft play and games arcade, a fenced off and secure outdoor play area, along with a restaurant that serves delicious food at a reasonable price.
There is lots of entertainment on site, which includes daytime activities and then shows at night, plus acts on from the X Factor and BGT.
Passes are available from reception at a cost of £45 per week for a family of four.
