Caravan Description
Caravan for hire on Challaborough Bay Holiday Park near Bigbury-on-Sea in South Devon.
Our caravan has two bedrooms; a main bedroom with double bed and TV/DVD, and a twin bedroom with two single beds (can convert into a double) and TV/DVD. There is also a sofa in the front room that turns into a double bed so the caravan can sleep 6.
We take great pride in making the caravan as clean and presentable as possible.
Parking for one car is available directly outside the caravan with other parking areas available on site.
Electric, gas and water is included in the rental price.
*We only allow small dogs.

About the Area
Challaborough Bay Holiday Park offers plenty of entertainment on site, including a clubhouse with daily shows, an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, takeaway, convenience store, gym, arcade and indoor and outdoor play areas for children. Some facilities have an extra charge, e.g. archery, surfing, etc.There is also a launderette on site, which is very close to our caravan!
You also have the gorgeous Challaborough Bay beach right on the doorstep of the caravan site and other beaches are just a short walk away, as is the famous Burgh Island and sea tractor called 'The Duck', which (when the tide is in) will take you across to Burgh Island.
There is also the famous 'Journey's End' pub and 'Pickwick Inn' which are close by with both serving fabulous food.
If you want to take a lovely drive and explore the area, take the country road past The Oyster Shack, which will take you by a beautiful river in Kingsbridge. when tides permitting or just simply drive to Kingsbridge Short drives to (Buckfastleigh Abby steam trains Otter Nurseries /butterfly farm. Pennywell farm } you can visit Paignton , Torquay and Plymouth There are an array of choices
