Lodge Description
We have a 3 bedroom holiday home for hire on St Merryn Holiday Park near Padstow in Cornwall.
The bedrooms comprise two with double bed and fitted wardrobe and one with bunk beds.
The family bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower.
In the huge, modern kitchen you will find a gas hob, electric oven, kitchen utensils, kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The comfortable lounge has an electric flame effect fire, 2 sofas, a TV, hi-fi and Wi-Fi.
Outside there is a grass garden with cushioned garden chairs, table with umbrella and a BBQ.
The property is thoroughly cleaned during changeover, prior to your arrival.
All bedding and towels are supplied.
The weekly rental includes electricity and heating.
Dogs welcome.
Strictly no smoking inside property.

About the Area
St Merryn Holiday Village is a couple of miles from sandy beaches; surfing beaches operate lifeguards in the summer months. There are numerous beaches within easy reach that can be researched online.There are a couple of golf courses nearby; Trevone has a magnificent 18 hole championship course.
Public transport is limited in this area so a car is essential.
On the park itself you will find a bar/restaurant and convenience store. St Merryn village is a short drive away and has a few shops, restaurants, pubs and a garage. Wadebridge is the nearest town with banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.
Fine dining can be enjoyed at Rick Stein’s and Paul Ainsworth’s in Padstow, Jamie Oliver's in Newquay and Nathan Outlaw's in Wadebridge.
