Caravan Description
We have a comfortable two-bedroom caravan for hire at Waterside Holiday Park in St Lawrence Bay Essex.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six people, and consists of a master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite toilet with hand basin, along with a second bedroom with twin beds and storage. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
Duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillow cases, sheets and towels are all provided (excluding beach towels).
The large living area consists of a wraparound sofa with a section that pulls out to make a double bed. The dining area has wraparound seating and two extra stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a variety of cooking utensils plus crockery and cutlery for six place settings plus a selection of picnic ware. You will also be supplied with iron, ironing board and clothes airier.
Outside there is a picnic table and chairs, with a parasol and wind break. There is also parking for two cars on the plot.
Bookings
The caravan is available to hire for short breaks as well as longer visits.
A deposit of £85 is required to cover any breakages, which is fully refundable on inspection of the caravan (same day as vacation). This will be transferred into your nominated bank account.
Club passes are not included in the price. Please esquire at time of booking should you wish to purchase these.

About the Area
Waterside Holiday Park in St Lawrence Bay has many facilities available on site, including an indoor swimming pool with sauna, an arcade, pub, evening entertainment, café, well-stocked shop and a launderette. Outside facilities include a play area for children, crazy golf, a crabbing lake and a dog walking area.For the more adventurous, you can stroll down to the estuary and watch the boats sail by. There is a boat/jet ski launching ramp for those who wish to bring their jet ski with them.
There are a number of places to visit in the local area, including Burnham-on-Crouch which is just a short drive away and full of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Colchester Zoo and Colchester Castle make a fun day out and there are plenty more attractions close by, details of which will be available in the caravan. There is a well stocked fishing lake at Southminster, stocking Carp, Pike and Catfish, book or pay on the day. Please note Rod licencee is required.
