Caravan Description
Our prestige rated, contemporary ABI Haywood caravan sleeps 8 people comfortably and features an open plan lounge/diner with 40" LCD Freeview TV, DVD and MP3 speaker system, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and 3 bedrooms, one double with hairdryer and two twin.
The caravan is situated in Pine Ridge; a quiet area of the park in a no through road; ideal for allowing the children to play outside on bikes or scooters. We are lucky enough to be able to enjoy gorgeous panoramic sea views of Poole Harbour from our gated decking.
Pine Ridge is just a short 3 minute stroll from Rockley’s private beach where you will find perfect sand for castle building, rock pools for crabbing, an assortment of water sports, a children’s play area and the Beach Café, whilst the entertainment complex with bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute level walk.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own linen towels and tea towels.
Cots, highchairs, towels and linen can all be hired directly from Rockley Park
Gas and electricity is included
Haven passes are not included in the rental price but can be booked through us and paid for on arrival at Rockley Reception.
Bookings
A £100 deposit must be paid to secure your dates, which is non-refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
We ask for a £75 damage security deposit which is refundable within 2 weeks of departure of our holiday home on the condition that there has been no damage made to the caravan or its contents.

About the Area
Haven's Rockley Park is a 5* resort and one of the UK’s flagship sites. Just across the water from Sandbanks on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. this area has something for everyone: Visit Brownsea Island, the home of the red squirrel; climb the ruins of Corfe Castle; visit Abbotsbury Children’s Farm and Swannery; look out for Old Harry Rocks and Durdle Door; visit Monkey World near Wareham or Peppa Pig at Paultons Park - or just sit on the harbour wall with an ice cream or fish and chips and watch the boats go by!You won’t be short of things to do on site either with an indoor pool and splash zone with two water slides, plus a heated outdoor pool for sunnier days! The Sports Zone offers a range of activities for all members of the family including archery, trampolining, crafts, football and several pool or sea based water sports. If you fancy something a little more laid back though, why not visit the Spa for a Jacuzzi or relaxing massage?
Evenings are taken care of too; if eating out try the Harbourside Restaurant or The Mash and Barrel or pick up Fish and Chips or Papa John’s Pizza to takeaway.
The Live Lounge offers live evening entertainment all season and is located next to a fun packed arcade.
Forgotten something…the on-site Spar supermarket, which is well-stocked with all your holiday essentials!
Please note that park facilities and entertainment varies according to the time of year. The Haven holiday season runs from March to end of October and although you are welcome to book and use the caravan in the autumn/winter months there is little provided out of season.
