Caravan Description

Luxury, 2018 swift provence caravan for hire on the private side of Primrose Valley Holiday Park, situated near the lakes and just a 5 minute walk from the fair, activity centre, swimming pool and boating lake and a 12 minute walk from main complex.

The caravan is graded 'Prestige' (Haven) and is sited on a large plot with grassed area to the side, a private parking space and patio.

It offers central heating with boost function, double glazing (with fully lined blackout curtains) and patio doors with outdoor lighting.

There are three bedrooms, a double bedroom with wardrobe and vanity table with hairdryer also has ensuit toilet , along with two twin bedrooms with wardrobe. The bedrooms also have blackout curtains and a reading lamp; all colour co-ordinated.

The caravan benefits from having a large shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a floor to ceiling fridge freezer, microwave toaster, kettle, Brita water filter, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods, all cleaning products and a Hoover etc.

The front room has a two sofas, 32 LCD TV, DVD player and hard drive with mainstream kids' films, along with cable Freeview so no reception loss whatever the weather. There is also a Bluetooth DAB radio sound system and LED lighting, along with an electric fire with lightning effect. plus Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling

The lounge and bedrooms have deep pile carpet.

Smoke and CO2 monitors are installed for your safety and peace of mind.

All bedding will be provided with the beds made up ready for your arrival. We can supply a travel cot at a small cost if needed which will fit in main bedroom.

Bookings & Conditions

No pets and no smoking allowed in our holiday home.

To secure your dates a non-refundable deposit of £75 is required, which will be deducted from the holiday cost. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

There will also be a £100 excess to pay, which will be refunded within 5 working days subject to the home being left in a clean undamaged condition with no breakages or missing items inside and out. Parties will be informed by text or e-mail in regards to the deposit - 98% of people respect and look after the home and receive all of the deposit within 5 working days. The 2% that have not, will not be able to hire the home again.
