This stunning 2013, Willerby holiday caravan has designated parking and is sited on a very generous plot in a quiet position within Mullion Holiday Park, enjoying the sun throughout the whole day and into the evening.

With double glazing and all rooms being centrally heated, your stay will be comfortable whatever the time of year.

The caravan has an open plan layout in the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen opens out onto decking where a bench is situated and French doors open out onto decking where with additional modern patio furniture can be found.

The kitchen area is well equipped with modern appliances; a gas cooker and hob, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The lounge area has a modern flame effect electric fire with mood lighting surround, along with a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player.

The sleeping accommodation includes a very spacious master bedroom with a dressing table in the bay window overlooking woodland, fitted wardrobes and drawers, along with an en-suite WC with basin. There are also two twin bedrooms. A double duvet and 4 single duvets (10.5 tog) are provided, along with 8 pillows.

A modern, very spacious thermostatically controlled power shower can be found in the main bathroom (opposite the twin bedrooms) where there is ample space for hanging and storing items.

Towels and tea towels are not provided, so please ensure that you bring your own.

For your convenience there is a rotary washing line as well as a small drying fitment fixed on the decking outside of the kitchen.

Additional Information

For the comfort of our visitors, we have a no pets and no smoking/vaping policy.

During the peak summer weeks we let on a weekly Saturday to Saturday basis - however, do please enquire if you'd like other start days or short breaks outside of peak times.

Check-in time is 4pm and we ask that accommodation is vacated at 10.00 am.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. (We are happy to offer a £20 discount if you choose to take your own sheets and pillowcases.)

Electricity and gas are included in the price of rental.

Wifi is free in the Kynance Bar and available for individual purchase (payable to Wifinity) in accommodation.

Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. (To protect against financial loss in the event of unavoidable cancellation, we advise strongly that you purchase travel insurance.)

The remaining balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival date. (Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival to be paid in full upon booking.)

Preferred method of payment is Direct bank transfer (BACS), or personal cheque. PayPal is accepted but will incur an additional charge of 3.4%.

About the Area

Mullion Holiday Park is located on the Lizard Peninsula. This is a fabulous base for visiting numerous attractions and areas of natural beauty, including Lizard Point (the most southerly point in Britain) which is just 4 miles away. Nearby you will also find Flambards Theme Park, Kynance Cove, Gweek Seal Sanctuary and The National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle in Falmouth.

There are a number of National Trust sites within driving distance, including St Michael's Mount, Glendurgan Gardens, Trellisick, and Trenwainton Gardens. On the nearby Land's End peninsula, the Minack Theatre can be found.

St Ives and surrounding areas and beaches on the north coast are only a 30 minute drive away.

Surfing, Walking & Golfing: Beaches nearby include Poldhu (5 minute drive), Coverack and Kennack Sands. The South West Coast Path is a few minutes’ drive away offering superb views and walking. There are surf schools at Poldhu, Kennack Sands and a little further away at Praa Sands. For golfers, the UK's most Southerly golf course can be found at Mullion Golf Club and within driving distance are Cape Cornwall Golf & Leisure West Cornwall Golf Club and Perranporth Golf Club.

Mullion Holiday Park itself offers many activities and is ideal for families should you prefer not to travel too far. The children's outdoor play park has recently been refurbished and is ideal for children of all ages. There are two heated outdoor pools (one childs' splash pool and one larger with sun loungers) and a heated indoor pool (life-guarded). Weekly passes for use of the park's facilities are available to purchase at Reception. However, individual entry can also be purchased if preferred.

There is a shop on site for a good range of essentials and Mullion village has a Spar - with larger supermarkets being found in Helston.
