Caravan Description
This clean and comfortable caravan is suitable for four people, but can sleep up to six.
We provide all necessary towels (also ones for use at the beach), cotton bed linen, non-allergenic feather & down duvets and pillows, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, a toaster, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cooler bag with picnic utensils, and much, much more — in short, all the amenities you need for your holiday retreat.
Our spacious caravan, measuring 32' x 12', has one master double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both offering comfortable beds and generous wardrobe space.
There is a shower room with a large shower cubicle, hand wash basin and mirror cabinet. The separate WC also has a hand wash basin.
The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen opens up to a dining area, again modern and airy.
The comfortable and light-flooded sitting area has two big sofas (one of which houses a pull-out bed to accommodate two children or one adult) and a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player. There is also a mini hi-fi system with CD/mp3. The fireplace provides cosy warmth for some of those cooler evenings.
The decked patio area with modern outdoor furniture offers more than enough space for al fresco dining and as it enjoys sunshine from noon until sunset, is the ideal place for enjoying that well-earned glass of wine at the end of the day.
The caravan benefits from having panel heating in the bedrooms and shower room, hot air heating in the sitting room and double glazing throughout, along with free Wi-Fi.

About the Area
Lossiemouth is favoured by the mild Gulf Stream air, miles of excellent beaches and beautiful surrounding countryside.The East Beach, just opposite the caravan park, stretches for miles and is easily reached by a wooden pedestrian bridge over the River Lossie.
Lossiemouth is superb for sailing, taking a boat ride to spot dolphins, fishing and sea angling, as well as hiking and biking.
Surfers can enjoy the waves in the bay.
Moray Golf Club, at the West Beach, has two fine 18-hole golf courses. For the golf enthusiasts amongst you, there are at least ten golf courses in striking distance - with Castle Stuart only 50 miles up the road.
Elgin is only approx. six miles away and offers the usual high street stores (including a 24 hour Tesco and ASDA) and shopping facilities of a big town. There is also a cinema and leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool…..just in case the weather isn’t on your side.
The WDCS (the Scottish Dolphin Centre) is located a few miles away in Spey Bay. This is a ‘must see’ for all, as you can regularly encounter the largest bottlenose dolphins in the world feeding at the mouth of the River Spey.
When in Rome... …..follow the world-famous Malt Whisky Trail. Visit distilleries handed down through generations and sample the end product.
