Caravan Description
Our family caravan is brand new (March 2017) it's set in a lovely position (12 Green Acre) on Church Farm Holiday Park.
Green Acre is a large green just behind the main offices and only a few minutes' walk to the main complex.
We're sited off of the main roads so it's very safe for children and we're also in a quiet area with no passing traffic or people, except for those that are staying in nearby caravans.
Our caravan is a 2017, 6 berth Swift Bordeaux, which is very modern and spacious with gas central heating, double glazing and French doors looking onto the large green.
It comprises three bedrooms. The first has a double bed with two side shelves, a wardrobe, mirror, radiator and an en-suite toilet.
The second and third bedroom each have two single beds, curtains, a wardrobe and radiator.
In addition to the en-suite there is a main bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and radiator.
We now have free "Free Wi-Fi" installed in our caravan
The carpeted lounge has a pull-out double sofa bed, ample seating, Freeview TV, DVD player, cupboards, radiator and an electric fire.
The dining area has a free standing dining table and six chairs.
The kitchen includes an oven with grill, microwave, full size integrated fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. You will also find full sets 8 plates, side plates, cereal bowls, cups and cutlery, saucepans, a frying pan, roasting tin, various kitchen utensils, a bottle opener, corkscrew etc.
We also provide cleaning facilities, including a mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, and a vacuum cleaner.
Outside we have a BBQ and ample seating. (Please move BBQ away from the caravan when using it)
Our caravan boasts all the modern luxuries you will require. Whether you are looking for a fun packed holiday or a relaxing break, our caravan at Church Farm in Pagham has it all !
Gas and electric is included in the price.
Quilts & pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels or they can be hired for the cost of £10 per bedroom & made up & ready for you upon your arrival.
You will also need to purchase Haven fun passes if you wish to use all the facilities during your stay (entertainment complex, pools etc.).
Please Note That There Are No Cleaners So You Will Need To Give The Caravan A Quick Clean & Leave It As You Found It On Your Arrival or i can arrange a cleaner for £30

Church Farm Holiday Park in Pagham, is set between Chichester and Bognor Regis, in a wonderful part of West Sussex on the south coast.Church Farm is a fantastic Haven holiday park with fabulous facilities and activities. It has recently been recently renovated to the tune of a whopping £6 million, making it an award-winning, 5-star holiday park, renowned for its peace and harmony.
The Park is just a short walk from Pagham harbour, the beach, the nature reserve and lagoon.
Chichester, Arundel and Portsmouth are all within a short drive.
