Caravan Description

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 6 berth, Deluxe Willerby Salsa Eco caravan (2012 model) is now available for bookings.

Situated in a stunning area of Perran Sands Holiday Park, the caravan offers views of the breathtaking sand dunes, beaches, Penhale and Bodmin Moor. A short stroll will takes you to one of many beaches and also the park's amenities.

The caravan is fully double glazed and insulated, with a gas fire in the lounge and warm air heating in the bedrooms, making it comfortable and cosy in the colder seasons.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms; one master double bedroom with wardrobe space and room for a cot (which is provided) as well as an en-suite toilet with wash basin, and one twin bedroom currently fitted with two single beds and half height handing space. In the lounge is a pull-out double bed.

The family shower room has a double shower, toilet, wash basin and towel rail.

On entering the caravan there is a generous galley kitchen with oven/four ring hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a coffee maker. There is a storage cupboard with an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is also a folding high chair for your convenience.

The kitchen leads to the large, light and spacious living area. This comprises a generous seating and dining area and a 40" LED TV with DVD facility. A small juke box music system is also provided, from which you can play the radio and CDs or plug in your portable music devices.

Outside there is a picnic table and BBQ facilities.

Bookings & Conditions

When booking we require 20% of the holiday cost as a deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is then to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date.

A key and damage deposit is also required as an additional £60 plus £25 for dogs. This is to cover any damage or loss and if the caravan has not been cleaned upon departure. It be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure upon successful inspection of the caravan. The £60 & £25 deposit for dogs will come into effect from 2017. Sadly due to a high number of guests not cleaning the caravan on departure we have had to increase this deposit. The £60 deposit is refundable(once cleaners report states caravan clean and tidy and no damage) but the £25 FOR DOGS IS NON REFUNDABLE.


* Duvets and pillows are provided. We do have some spare bed linen, but you are required to bring your own. Towels are not provided.

Regulations of Perran Sands Holiday Park stipulate that caravans are let to families and couples only.

You can collect the key from the main reception on your day of arrival. You may check in from 4 pm onwards and check out is by 10 am on the day of departure (Saturday) or by arrangement if other.

Single sex groups and unaccompanied persons under 21 years of age are not permitted.

No smoking allowed.

Up to 2 dogs will be permitted, but at our discretion.
