Caravan Description
Welcome to our family owned caravan situated on the idyllic site of Coghurst Hall in Hastings, East Sussex, surrounded by woodlands.
It is located within a short walk of all the on site amenities.
Our caravan is fully central heated throughout, with the addition of a gas fire in the lounge.
We have one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, meaning up to 8 people can enjoy a stay. All duvets and pillows are provided; you just need to bring your bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, a full sized fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle.
In the lounge you will find a large flat screen TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player, a large sofa and dining area.
Outside, we have a full length, gated decking with a table, chairs and BBQ.
An information pack is provided in the caravan.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan.
No pets allowed.
No all male or all female groups allowed.

About the Area
Coghurst Hall is surrounded by woodlands and features a large, fully-stocked fishing lake; a fishing licence is required and fishing passes are available from reception.Facilities on site include and indoor swimming pool, amusements, shop and a launderette, along with a clubhouse where you can enjoy good food in the restaurant, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a bar, take away, entertainment and pool table. Outside there is a large decking area overlooking the lake. Also provided is Loopy Club children's entertainment.
A 10 minute drive from the Park will take you into the old town of Hastings where you will find plenty to enjoy, including The Sea Life Centre, shops, amazing fish shops, amusements, a boating lake, crazy golf, karting, cliff lift and much more.
Explore Battle, Rye and Camber Sands, as well as the many other fishing lakes that are located locally.
