Caravan Description

We have a 2017, 35 x 12, three bedroom, premium Swift Loire static caravan for rent on Littlesea Holiday Park in Dorset.

The caravan is situated at Swan View and has partial views overlooking the Fleet Lagoon.

There is a dedicated hard standing parking space next to the caravan, and a patio with table and chairs and it is only a short walk from the entertainment area. There is free wi-if in the caravan.

The accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, a shower room with toilet and wash basin, a separate toilet with wash basin, a lounge, dining area and kitchen.

There is a pull-out double bed in the large lounge/dining area, which also has a gas fire and TV with built-in DVD player.

The kitchen is kitted out for 8 people and includes a microwave, cooker, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. There are also pots pans, casserole dishes, oven trays, plates, cups and glasses, along with a can opener, corkscrew, bottle opener, scissors etc.

There is central heating throughout the caravan plus in the lounge area there is also electric effect fire. Each bedroom has a small fitted cupboards plus wardrobe with coat hangers

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
Outside there is a patio with a picnic table getting the sun most of the day.

Bookings & Conditions

If the park has to close due to COVID 19 on instructions from the government then all payments will be returned. It is highly recommended that you take out holiday insurance when booking your holiday as you may need this if you have to cancel your holiday due to illness.

At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your dates. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.

If booking within a month of your arrival date, the full amount must be paid at time of booking.

We also require a deposit of £50 to cover any loss, damage or breakages. This will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be ok.

Please ensure that you have holiday insurance to cover any cancellation you make.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the caravan.

Pets are not allowed in the caravan.

We ask that you leave the caravan as you would expect to find it; clean and tidy. Please dispose of any rubbish in the allocated bins located around the site.

Entertainment pass are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased from reception.
