Caravan Description
Our lodge is a 40' x 20' 3 bedroom, 2013 Delta Serenity, which is a luxury 'Platinum' rated lodge situated on a large pitch on Bure village, with parking for 2 cars.
It is fully double glazed and has thermostatically controlled, domestic style central heating
The lodge has a large lounge with free-standing furniture and sliding patio door leading to the large L-shaped decking with a gate (so child friendly). It is furnished to very high standard and includes a 42" LED, flat screen TV with built-in Freeview, along with a separate DVD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with a large dining area with plenty of room for 6 people.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. It also benefits from having a 24" flat screen, Freeview TV with built-in DVD player.
The two twin bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and storage, with each one having two single beds.
As well as the en-suite shower room there is a large family shower room
Outside we have a large L-shaped decking area with table, chairs and parasol for a bit of al-fresco dining. There is also plenty of outside space.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen is not so you will need to bring your sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, as well as your own towels.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in the lodge at any time.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
We will also require a refundable security/damage deposit of £75 per booking. This will be refunded by cheque (posted) once the lodge has been checked for loss/damage etc. following your departure.
Check-in time is from 1pm. Check-out time is by 11am.
Our rental prices do not include the cost of club/swimming pool/entertainment passes. These can be added at the time of booking or purchased on arrival.
Gas and electricity is included in the holiday rental cost. However, excessive use of gas will be charged at cost.

About the Area
Situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and just a short drive from the bright lights of Great Yarmouth. Breydon Water Holiday Park offers a fabulous two parks for the price of one; Bure Village and Yare Village, just a short ten minute stroll apart.Our lodge is situated on a large pitch on Bure village with parking for 2 cars. Bure Village is the quieter side of the park with an indoor pool, gymnasium and a small shop. The entertainment centre and restaurant are on Yare Village, which is just over the road.
Choose Yare Village for family fun, with its heated outdoor pool (open 21st May to 3rd September) and sizzling entertainment. For a more relaxing time explore Bure Village, which has its own gym and solarium. Don’t worry; whichever one you choose, you and the family can use the facilities at both and have a great base for exploring East Anglia and Lincolnshire!
