Caravan Description
We have a fantastic 3 bedroom home from home, capable of sleeping up to 8 guests, conveniently located in Paignton, Torbay, on the beautiful South Devon coast, on the family friendly Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park.
Our caravan has a sea view and is approximately 15 minutes' walk from the beach.
It has a generous inventory to provide you with all the items you need whilst on holiday, to make your holiday more enjoyable.
The caravan has an electric fire, panel heating and double glazing.
Water and electric is included in the hire cost.
Bookings & Conditions
• When making a booking a £50 non-refundable deposit, plus a refundable £50 security deposit, will be required, along with the completed booking form. This will secure the booking.
• The £50 non-refundable deposit, is to secure a booking and is to cover any cancelation costs. This is deducted from the total cost of stay.
• The £50 refundable security deposit is an additional payment, which is to cover any loss, damage or breakages during your stay. If the caravan is found to be in a satisfactory condition after a through inspection following your departure, this deposit will be returned within 14 days.
• I prefer BACS transfer or PayPal for payments.
• Payment must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
• In the event your stay is to commence within 4 weeks, the balance must be paid in full within a week.
• Payment for a holiday is deemed to be your acceptance to abide by the holiday Terms & Conditions.
• The person in charge of the booking and party must be at least 21 years of age
• No same sex group bookings accepted or a group of more than 3, to adhere with Hoburne's rules.
• I'm unable to take any same day arrival bookings, I would need at least a couple days notice, due to ensuring the caravan is ready, also to communicate and sort leisure passes out with Hoburne
Please Note: Unfortunately, due to the summer foliage of trees, from June the sea view from the caravan is hard to see
Leisure Passes
Leisure passes for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children) is included in hire cost. Any extra passes can be added on at the time of booking for extra cost.
For 2017 Hoburne has changed its leisure pass charges from per caravan to per person:
- £15 adult, per week or park week
- £10 child, per week or part week
Hoburne will charge an extra £10, if 5 days notice or less is given.

There is plenty to see and do for everyone whilst staying here, in the heart of 'The English Riviera'. The nearest places to visit are: Paignton zoo, the largest zoo in the country; Quaywest water park; Several beaches; The historic port of Brixham, which has a life size replica of 'The Golden Hind' ship; Golf driving range, just outside of the park entrance; Velopark cycle circuit; Churston go-karts.
