Caravan Description
Situated on the beautiful Jurasic coastline, Ladram Bay is an award winning holiday park with every amenity you could wish for.
Our well looked after holiday home is situted in C-Field Peak View where the sea views extend to Beer Head in the east and as far as Portland Bill in the south east.
We have a lovely raised veranda with outside furniture and complimentry use of our gas BBQ.
The holiday home has gas central heating and double glazing.
The lounge has had the original furniture removed and an oak floor installed, along with leather furniture and a wide screen TV for maximum comfort.
It has a double bedroom with TV and en-suite WC with wash hand basin. The second bedroom has either two single beds or it can be made into a double; let me know which combination you would like before arrival. We also have a double pull-out bed for the lounge.
Please note we do not provide bed linen,quilts,pillows or towels .Please ask if quilts and pillows are required, these can be supplied new for cost price.
The main bathroom has a WC, basin and very roomy shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle, along with all kitchen utensils, crockery, saucepans, cutlery etc. There is also have a lovely glass dining table which seats 4 to 6.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park offers many facilities, which include Pebbles Restaurant for excellent food and a balcony overlooking the bay, and Waves nightspot and bar with evening entertainment every night for the very young and not so young. There's also pirates amusements and Coast takeaway/fish and chips etc., along with a new crazy golf course, soft play area, outdoor adventure playground (including a under 7's area), a large sports field and Ozzie's kids 'club.There is free Wi-Fi n the Three Rocks complex and Wi-Fi available in the accommodation at extra cost - payable at reception.
During 2015 the site's new indoor heated swimming pool was opened, where you Will also find a sauna, steam room and gym with changing rooms.
The costs for visitors to use the pool are as follows:
Peak Times - £6.50 daily per adult & £4.50 daily for children - or £25
weekly per adult & £20 weekly per child
Off Peak - £4.50 daily per adult & £3.50 daily for children - or £20 weekly
per adult & £16 weekly per child
The costs for visitors to use the gym is £1.50 daily or £8 for a weekly pass.
Outside of Ladram Bay you have Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, Exeter football and rugby, Sidmouth donkey sanctuary, Paignton zoo, Stuart Line cruises, and a water café in the Exe Estuary by water taxi.
Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are just a 10 minute drive or longer, but beautiful to walk to on the south west coastal path.
A little further afield is Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe to the east and Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton to the south west.
