Caravan Description
Our privately owned holiday home is perfectly located on the Quince area of the Oakdene Forest Park, close to all amenities and most importantly, positioned so it gets the sun all day. It is situated on a level pitch with only 3 steps up to the decking.
It is a lovely 2 bedroom caravan with 1 double and 1 twin room, with full double glazing and central heating.
The caravan is furnished very tastefully and has 2 settees, a flat screen TV (in both the lounge and bedroom), a DVD player, dining table with 4 chairs, gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
In the bathroom there is a large shower cubicle with a power shower.
Outside there is a full length sun decking with a table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella etc. stored in the lock up for your use.
There is also tarmac parking for 2 cars directly in front of the caravan.
Our caravan has absolutely everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Bookings & Conditions
Gas and electricity included in our hire price.
A £100 key/good housekeeping deposit is required at time of booking. This is refundable once we have checked the caravan after your stay.
Passes are not included in our hire price, but are available from site reception to enable you to access all the facilities on site: Passes are available for families or individually. Prices vary according to time of the year.
Our rental period runs from March through to October.

About the Area
Oakdene Forest Park is located on the edge of the New Forest, Hurn Forest is adjacent to the site and a short distance from the van, perfect for walking, bike riding etc.The site is relaxed and peaceful ideal for families and couples alike and is well positioned for exploring Dorset, Hampshire and South Wiltshire.
There are two major supermarkets (Aldi & Sainsbury's) within a mile of the site plus a couple of large public houses.
The south coast beaches and Jurassic coastline are an easy distance away; Bournemouth and Poole are approximately 10 miles.
Park facilities include: Indoor and outdoor pools, both with areas for young children and the indoor has a flume; Steam room, sauna, gym and fitness centre; Bar and entertainment suite with entertainment most evenings; Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; Shop with bakery and off licence; Archery, pool and table tennis; Amusement arcade; Crazy golf; Laundrette; Climbing wall; Horse riding; Cycle hire; Children's outdoor play area; Go Juniors (3-7years).
