Caravan Description
My privately owned, 2012, ABI Horizon Deluxe caravan is set on a corner area of Perran Sands Holiday Park, close to all the park's facilities yet in a secluded plot. It has space on either side for parking, along with a large grassed area to one side.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin each with wardrobe space, along with an extra pull-out double in the lounge. All bedrooms have a heater and extra blankets supplied for use on cooler nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and all utensils and crockery you will need.
There is a large shower room with WC, basin and a heated towel rail, along with a separate WC with wash basin.
The large lounge area has a TV/DVD with Freeview, a gas fire and seating area with dining table. Books, DVDs and games have been provided for you to use.
Bookings
I do not provide towels or bed linen, but these can be hired on site if required.
I require a £100 deposit to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holiday Park is set in a lovely location among sand dunes and offers lots of great walks and beautiful beaches.The site has plenty of facilities too, including restaurants, a shop, swimming pools and on-site entertainment.
You will need to purchase passes from the Park to use some of the facilities. These are not included in our rental cost.
Nearby is the lovely town of Perranporth with its assortment of pubs, restaurants, shops and beach. Newquay is only 7 miles away and Truro about 9 miles.
There is an 18 hole golf course and horse riding nearby too, so both on and off site there is plenty to do and see.
