Welcome to our caravan on California Cliffs Holiday Park.
Our Caravan is a 2012, 36 x 12, 2 bedroom ABI Elegance, which is exclusive to Park Resorts (Gold Plus rated).
It is double glazed throughout, with domestic style central heating, and is furnished to high standard
The caravan has an L-shaped lounge and dining area, along with a practical and accessible galley-style kitchen with generous storage and shelving.
There is a very spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite toilet, plus plenty of wardrobe space and enough room for a travel cot. There is also a twin bedroom.
The large family bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin.
The caravan has French walnut themed furniture throughout.
Facilities within the caravan include a 32" flat screen TV with built-in Freeview and separate DVD player in the lounge, plus MP3 player system and speakers built-in (just plug in & play), along with a microwave and fridge (with ice compartment) in the kitchen.
The caravan is on a 'Premium Plus' pitch - Kestrel Court 7 (KC 7) with hard standing for your car.
Outside you will find decking with a table, chairs and a parasol for a bit of al-fresco dining
All bedding is supplied - you just need to bring your toothbrush, clothes and towels!
Enjoy a complimentary welcome cup of tea and coffee when you arrive.
Wi-Fi is now available in the caravan (chargeable).
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan - at any time. Smoking is only permitted outside on the decking.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to confirm all bookings, with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks before your holiday.
We also charge a refundable security/damage deposit of £75 per booking, which is refunded by cheque in th post once the caravan has been successfully checked for damage etc.
Check in time is from 1pm and checkout is by 110am.
Our prices include gas and electricity (although excessive use of gas is charged at cost).
Strictly no BBQs on the decking (only permitted on the grassed area).
Park passes are NOT included. These can be purchased at reception on arrival, but please contact us if you require any further information.
