Caravan Description
Our mobile home comprises of a master double bedroom with built in storage, a second bedroom with twin beds and storage, a third bedroom with bunk beds and storage, shower room with WC and a spacious lounge with comfortable seating that converts to a pull out double bed.
Pillows and quilts provided but please bring your own linen and towels.
The open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with TV which has Freeview Sky Satellite connected. There is a 4/6 seater dining table and chairs adjacent to the well-fitted kitchen which has a microwave, fridge freezer, full size cooker, utensils and cutlery etc.
There are convector heaters in the lounge, double bedroom and twin bedroom.
Outside there is a decked area, together with a table and 6 chairs, parasol, 2 loungers and barbecue (charcoal not supplied).

About the Area
The Landudec area is in the beautiful heart of Finistere on the west coast of France. Close by is the city of Quimper which has excellent facilties and restaurants.Within easy driving distance is the Bay of Audienne which has a beautiful port and many sandy beaches.
Domaine du Bel Air is a large leisure park with facilities which are free to residents. The indoor and outdoor pool complex was new in 2011.
The park has other facilities including a tennis court, table tennis tables, crazy golf, bouncy castle, trampoline and toboggan run. Within the picturesque grounds there is also a lake with pedaloes and carp fishing.
Additional facilities on the site include an entertainment building with amusements and internet access, well stocked shop, launderette and restaurant offering evening and take away meals.
