Our fully double glazed and central heated Regal Kensington caravan for hire on Church Farm Holiday Village, is in a fabulous, sought after location on the park with a lagoon view to the front and large decking.

Overlooking the Pagham Lagoon Nature Reserve, the caravan is in a quiet location within a 2 minute walk of both the beach and main complex. Local shops and pubs are approximately 10 minutes’ walk.

Within the caravan there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker, along with all associated cutlery for 6 people. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The lounge has a large TV, DVD player and Freesat.

The two bedrooms comprise of one king size room with en-suite toilet, double bed, TV, DVD player and Freesat; and one with 2 single beds.

Within the family bathroom there is a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.

The caravan has full double glazing and full central heating, with hot water via a combi boiler.

Outsde there is a tarmac area for parking and a picnic bench for eating on the grassed area.

Location

Church Farm Holiday Village is situated just outside Chichester, right on the Sussex coast. It is a 5 star Haven park with loads of things to do, including bowls, archery, tennis, football, basketball, indoor and outdoor heated pools, crazy golf, 9 hole pitch and putt, Segways and bikes, plus many other things.

Haven Holiday Passes are required to be able to use all the site facilities - these are available on Haven's website or can be purchased on arrival at an extra cost. Prices for passes vary depending on the number of family members and time of year.
