Caravan Description
Our caravan is situated in a quiet part of Newquay Holiday Park and will sleep up to eight people.
The caravan has double glazing and full central heating to all areas. There is no charge for electric or gas.
It contains one double and two twin bedrooms and all bedding is provided. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
The lounge has a dining area, which includes a TV and gas fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven, fridge, microwave etc.
The toilet and shower rooms are separate.
Outside is a decked area with patio furniture.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit and we ask for a £75 damage waiver which is refunded by cheque within a week after departure.
We cannot except bookings from people under 21 years due to rules of site.

About the Area
Newquay Holiday Park is approximately 2 miles from the resort of Newquay, which is served by a bus service. Nearby are several golf courses and many superb beaches, including the famous surfing venue of Fistral Beach. Many of the beaches are patrolled by R.N.L.I. lifeguards.Also within easy reach is the Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park, Dairy Land and many other attractions.
Within a short driving distance you will find Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant and Jamie Oliver's '15' restaurant.
Newquay Holiday Park has many facilities that can be used at a low cost; details available from reception. These include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a large water slide, amusement arcade, pitch and putt golf and regular activities arranged by the Park.
