Caravan Description
Devon Cliffs is a fantastic, 5 star Haven owned Holiday Park in Sandy Bay, Exmouth.
By renting our 'Platinum' graded caravan based on this prestigious Haven flag ship site, we can guarantee you a fantastic holiday and a luxurious place to stay, with panoramic sea views across the bay towards Brixham and Torquay.
We are situated on a quiet, large corner plot with a huge enclosed grassed area to the side of the caravan and as there is no through traffic it's an ideal location for your children can play outside in safety and where you can supervise from the caravan.
We are situated on Tamarisk Way, which is a 5 minute walk from the main complex/pool. The beach is a 15 minute walk away.
Our ABI St David is in an as new condition with front opening patio doors and a uniquely large master bedroom, especially ideal if you have a travel cot which can easily fit in so your baby is nearby.
The master bedroom also has in-built reading lamps and en-suite facilities, along with a 19" wall-mounted TV with in-built DVD and Freeview. We have added a brand new luxury memory foam pocket sprung mattress too, which is from Dreams, so it's not your typical caravan bed.
There are two twin bedrooms, the largest of these having in-built reading lamps and both having plenty of storage.
Throughout the caravan you will find lots of storage.
We have a 32" LG flat screen TV in the lounge, which has Freeview and a DVD player. We have also added a JVC iPod docking/surround sound station so you can listen to your iPod/iPhone in style. There is also a large selection of DVDs in case you fancy a night in. The sofa is U-shaped and incorporates an extra double bed so we can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
The kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee percolator.
There is also a DAB radio and plenty of plastic plates/bowls and cups for young children.
There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with a large outdoor dining set for you to use.
Bookings
Weeks run from Friday to Friday. Short breaks run from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.
Sorry no pets or smoking.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price quoted.
Bed linen is not included.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship park with a lovely, award-winning beach.It is always well-maintained and offers excellent facilities, including swimming pools with slides and flumes, a sports bar, two show bars with nightly entertainment, amusements, Starbucks, a grocery shop and launderette. There's also mini golf, archery, a soft play area, woodland adventure assault course and a climbing wall.
Also on site is a variety of restaurants, including the Mash & Barrel bar and restaurant, Papa John's pizza, Burger King, Exmouth Fish and Chips, Millie's Cookies and Starbucks. The South Beach Café is located overlooking the beach, which provides a wide variety of dishes using local produce.
Devon Cliffs Funworks passes are required to gain access to the main entertainment area and swimming pool complex. The cost of these is not included in our hire prices, but they can be purchased from the main reception before the day of your arrival at slightly reduced rates.
There are many excellent local attractions to visit during your stay too.
