Caravan Description
Our privately owned Rio Gold, 2 bedroom holiday home on Haven's premier Littlesea Holiday Park is conveniently located close to the outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pools, leisure complex, activity range, bars and restaurants.
The location is in one of the flatest areas of the park, enjoying a part view of the inner Fleet Lagoon.
Van Rouge consists of two bedrooms. The main double bedroom with a double bed, overhead shelves, side cupboards bedside units, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, overhead shelves with a cupboard each end, a bedside unit and wardrobe unit with drawers. Both bedrooms have heaters.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. If you do require bed linen it can be provided at a supplement of £10 per bed.
The washroom has a walk-in electric shower, toilet, wash basin with cupboard underneath, heated towel rail and ample shelves for your toiletries.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a cooker consisting of an oven, grill and hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen cupboards, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, frying pan, ovenware and all the other kitchen essentials you will need.
The spacious lounge/dining area has a dining room table with seating for 6, a comfortable lounge corner unit with ample seating and good views of the park, including a part view of the spectacular inner Fleet Lagoon. Sit and chill out watching the flat screen TV or watching a DVD.
Outside you can sit and relax on the private patio area, complete with picnic table/bench and parasol; ideal for alfresco dining.
Although smoking is not permitted in the caravan an ashtray will be provided for outside use if required.
There is also parking for one vehicle, although overflow parking is available a short stroll away.
Full refund or exchange of dates if there are further Covid national lockdowns, if Weymouth enters a lockdown or if your booking address is in a local lockdown.

About the Area
Littlesea Premier Holiday Park has a whole host of fantastic activities and entertainment to keep all the family occupied day and night, whatever their age.Firstly there are four children's clubs with the Funstars and Seaside Squad (Rory the Tiger, Polly, Bradley Bear, Ned, Anxious the Elephant and Greedy the Gorilla); Little Cubs - for ages 0-4; Club R & B for ages 5-8; Skillz Club for ages 9-12; T-Co Club for ages 13+.
There are 3 swimming pools, an outdoor pool with sun loungers to bask in the sun, an indoor pool with a sectioned off pool for the little ones, complete with a water activity play area, and an indoor activity pool.
If it is sports you like you will be spoilt for choice with adventure golf, tennis, archery, fencing, rounders, cricket, target shooting and more. For the less energetic there are nature walks, rock pooling etc. Other amenities on site include outdoor play areas, entertainment complex with an amusement arcade, Show Bar (refurbished for 2016), Mash & Barrel (bar and restaurant) with outside furnished terrace where you can eat, drink and take in the breathtaking views, a fish and chip shop/restaurant, Spar Shop, Starbucks, Papa John's and a launderette. The Show Bar hosts a wide variety of superb shows for all ages, bingo, late night disco etc.
Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the holiday cost, but can be purchased direct from Haven either over the telephone or upon arrival at Reception.
There is a coastal path from Littlsea Holiday Park along the Jurassic Coast to West Bay and a frequent bus service from Littlesea Park to Weymouth sea front.
