This homely spacious 8 berth, extra wide Alderley Caravan has beautiful views over the Cornish countryside. Positioned on the Willows Way part of the award winning Newquay Holiday Park managed by Park Dean and within close proximity to the heated outdoor swimming pool and a short walk from the entertainment amenities and children play areas.
The park is just 3 miles from Newquay Town offering many beautiful beaches, surfing and adventure activities, shops, restaurants and cafes as well as lively night life.
Our luxury family caravan has double glazing, central heating and front patio doors leading onto exterior decking.
Patio table and chairs and BBQ are provided to enable you to take advantage and enjoy some alfresco meals and take in the beautiful countryside views.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV/DVD. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and all rooms have wardrobe storage.
The main bathroom has a large shower.
There is a large open plan lounge/dinning room and kitchen area. Central heating is throughout and there is an electric fire in the lounge. The settee pulls out into a double bed.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and equipment as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven with grill and extractor.
There is a flat screen 32" TV and DVD, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
A high chair and travel cot is also available as well as body boards, beach chairs, BBQ, games and little personal extra's for general use.
There is outside parking for 2 cars, washing line and lawned area.
Duvets and pillows are provided. To keep costs low you can bring your own linen or we can arrange for beds to be made ready and towels provided at an additional charge.
We just ask for a £50 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and final balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Entertainment passes can be purchased at Park dean Reception if you wish to use the entertainment venue and outdoor heated swimming pool.
We aim to keep prices low and weekly costs start from £190 to £695 weekly.
