Beautiful double glazed and central heated, 2 bedroom static caravan, sited at Hoburne Devon Bay.
Devon Bay is a recently refurbished 4* family holiday park with loads of fun for all the family, set on the Devon coastline with only a 5 minute walk to Goodrington beach. we now have:

Situated in a quiet, sunny position, yet close to the amenities at B33 Buzzard Hill. It has a gated decking and one side of the caravan is completely private and not overlooked. There is ample parking close by and Free Wi-Fi across the park and in the caravan.

Bed linen and towels are NOT provided but if you would
like me to provide them a £50 extra will be added to price.
DUVETS, PILLOWS AND SHEETS are still provided for you. Just bring covers and ay towels that you need
Accommodation
A two bedroom caravan which sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 people by using the pull out double bed. The caravan benefits from double glazing and electric heating as well as ample storage throughout.
Bedrooms:
The double bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, over-bed storage , dressing table, full length mirror and a 22'' TV. The twin room has large wardrobe, overhead storage, dressing table and 22'' TV
Kitchen/Diner:
Table with seating for 4 people. Fridge freezer, microwave, double oven, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.
Outside:
There is a gated decking section the full length of the caravan. Patio furniture, parasols, and BBQ. I have also provided a selection of games, books, board games, buckets and spades and beach games.
Extras:
There is a 22" TV in the lounge with a DVD player and films for all the family, plus a PS2 consul with games, and an IPOD docking station. There are plenty of games for the children. Books, crayons, puzzles, buckets and spades, and balls. Plus many suitable DVD’s.
An iron and ironing board, and hair dryer have been provided.
We have endeavoured to include everything you need to make your family holiday comfortable and memorable.
Bookings
Passes for the Park facilities are included in the price and can be collected at reception.
COUPLE SPECIAL:
A discount for couples is offered in any week, but must be booked at least two weeks in advance and cannot be used with any other offers or late deals. Please enquire for couple discount.
Discounts: There is a 10% discount when booking 14 consecutive nights
Deposits:
We require £100 deposit to secure your dates, with the balance to be paid in full six weeks before start date.
A security deposit of £60 is required and payable at the time of final balance. This will be fully refunded within seven days after departure subject to any loss or damage etc.
