Our brand new 2016 Prestige 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux, is a top of the range fully central heated and double glazed holiday home.
Located on Sycamore Avenue; a very nice, quiet and desirable area at Haven’s Flagship site at Primrose Valley with it’s own private parking space.
Our holiday home is equipped with a master double bedroom with en-suite and fitted wardrobes, two twin bedded rooms each with fitted wardrobes, plus an extra double sofa bed in the lounge and bed linen is included. There is a fully equipped family shower room but please remember to bring your own towels as these are not included.
The kitchen has everything you will need for your home from home, including a gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, full size integrated fridge freezer, pans, cutlery, plates and utensils, along with a dining area with table and 6 chairs.
There is a spacious lounge area with electric fire, 42" LED TV with separate DVD player, DAB radio/CD player, Bluetooth speaker, a Nintendo Wii and a selection of books, DVDs and games for your use.
Leading from the patio doors in the lounge is a fully furnished and gated decked area, which receives the sun throughout the day and is a real suntrap in the summer months.
Our holiday home also comes equipped with a travel cot, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Funwork Passes are NOT included, but can be very easily purchased at the main reception on check in or if you would prefer, payment can be made in advance and passes can be ready for collection on your arrival.
Bookings
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday is due to commence. Payment can be made by instalments.
We accept cheques, Postal Orders or PayPal payments.
A £75 security deposit is also required, which must be paid with the final balance. This is refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure. Any breakages, damage or need for deep clean will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Check out time – 10am (to allow for our holiday home to be prepared for the arrival of new guests).

About the Area
Being Haven's flagship site, Primrose Valley has a lot on offer on site, including a Starbucks, Burger King, Cook’s Fish and Chip shop, Papa John's Pizza and the Mash and Barrel bar.Entertainment is available in two showbars in the complex where there is also a fun pool, which was refurbished and extended for the 2016 season and an amusement arcade. In the Lakeside complex there are indoor and outdoor pools, a bar small children’s play area. A funfair is also in this area with other activities such as go karts and a climbing wall and a boating lake.
There is a fully equipped supermarket on site for your convenience, with a gift shop and bakery. A free to use cash point machine and launderette are also available.
The park is just a 5 minute ride from Filey, 15 minutes from Bridlington and Scarborough.
There is also a local bus service which runs from the site to these areas.
