Caravan Description
Our Super modern home from home Regal Henley 3 bedroom van has double glazing and central heating it sleeps 6 very comfortably with a master bedroom and 2 twin rooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge area there are wardrobes to all and a large storage cupboard in the lounge.
The lounge area has a very spacious feel with corner sofa and plenty of seating for all the family. There is a very light, bright and modern living diner, With a 50” wall mounted flat screen tv on a centre console with BluRay disc player/HDD recorder.
The kitchen has a full size integrated fridge freezer so you will only need 1 supermarket shop, due to Waterside’s Park Safety Policy unfortunately you can no longer have a supermarket delivery to the caravan but you can arrange to collect it from just outside the site on bowleaze cove. There is a built in combination microwave full size oven and everything you will need for your stay with us. There is a double USB socket for convenience to charge your mobile devices. A iron and ironing board are also there if your clothes got a little creased on the journey.
We have a full size modern shower room with power shower and lashings of hot water, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin both bathrooms have plenty of cupboard space for you to use.
Outside the van we have a large newly extended spacious gated white UPVC decking area with chairs and table for relaxation on the decking that gets sun all day long so don't forget your sun glasses, and sun cream.
We ask a £100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking and the full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay.
We also ask for a £100 security deposit Which will be refunded to you via your initial payment method once the caravan has been inspected and found to be left in the condition it was on your arrival and that no breakages have been found.
We are in the Orange area of the park, a 10 second walk from the bus terminus but yet 3 rows away from the main road that runs through the park so it's nice and peacefull. Access to the driveway is very easy and accessable.
All duvets ( 2 double and 4 single ) and 8 pillows are supplied, You can bring your own linen or hire it from Bits and Pieces hire shop, they can also provide Cots, Pushchairs, Wheel Chairs and mobility scooters if you require them.
Gas, electric, and entertainment passes are all included but there is a small charge for leisure passes which are available at reception.
Sorry we do not allow any pets.

About the Area
Waterside is a 5 star, award winning site, also awarded 5 stars by visit England the site is kept pristine at all times and there is something for every age group.There are heated indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of fun slides, a sauna and steam room, a Spa to spoil yourselves, and even a gymnasium for the health conscious.
In the sports bar you will find 12 large screen HD TV’s so you won't miss that crucial match or game. Complementary WIFI. A Soft children’s play area, arcade, and a Costa Coffee so something for all the family. The Sports bar is open 9am till Midnight, with food served from 9am - 2pm & 5pm - 10pm.
In the Fully refurbished Venue there is an early evening children's club to entertain the little ones, followed by some adult bingo to start the night and later an excellent nightly entertainment programme. The venue is now open 10.30am - 12.30pm & 6pm - midnight, with food and drinks served throughout. There is now access onto the newly built outdoor seating area, children’s play area and access to the beach.
There is also access to The Waterside Takeaway for those who like their fresh Fish and Chips.
The pebble and sand beaches are just a 2 minute walk away from reception, with stunning coastal views of the Jurassic coastline. Alongside there is a funfair with arcades, amusements and places to eat and get an ice cream.
There is a fully stocked Spar shop on site for everything you need, or if you have a car all the major stores (Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op) are all close by.
Weymouth town centre is a little under 2 miles away and there is a bus from the site every half hour to and from. Weekly or daily family tickets are available at discounted prices please ask the driver.
There is so much to do and see in and around Weymouth we know that you will enjoy every minute of your stay and Waterside is a very popular site, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
