Caravan Description
Welcome to our beautiful new caravan!
We took delivery of this brand new caravan in September 2015. It is a 2015 Willerby Rio with full double glazing and central heating throughout. The lounge area has a beautiful panoramic view over the red cliffs and sea of Sandy Bay and it is only about a 3 minute walk to either the South Beach Café or the main complex.
The caravan comprises a beautiful lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 twin and 1 master bedroom with a changing area and en-suite. There is plenty of storage throughout too.
It has lots of great features, including a fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect; microwave, kettle, toaster etc. and a full sized fridge freezer which can make family meals in the caravan really easy (as well as storing ice cream!).
The double glazing and central heating make off-peak breaks really enjoyable and cosy.
There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an en-suite toilet off the main bedroom.
The lounge has a dining area, TV with DVD and Freeview built-in and a book swap. There is a door to the corridor where the bedrooms are, allowing more privacy and quiet bedtimes for children
The pitch itself has a spacious, grassed area next to it and parking is available just along the pathway. There are no cars directly by our caravan which make scootering or other activities for smaller children really safe. It is a peaceful part of the site, even in peak times as it isn't a 'cut through' as other areas can be.
We have a wooden patio set outside the caravan for al-fresco eating and have a range of beach/outdoor stuff in our lock box which we allow our private guests to access (swingball, boules, rackets, buckets and spades etc.).
We can provide linen at a small cost as well as arrange hire of other items via Haven's rental shop (travel cots etc.) and arrange passes for your group at cost price.

About the Area
Haven Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship park and as such has an amazing range of features on site. These include, in the main complex: Mash and Barrel restaurant, Cook's Fish and Chips, Burger King, Papa John's Pizza (including on site delivery to your caravan), a sports bar, 2 show bars (Bugsy's and Capone's) with a range of children's and adult entertainment and an arcade (of course!), a huge swimming pool complex with slides and other features (additional outside pools open only during suitable weather in peak times) and Millie's Cookies.Also on site is a Spar shop (quite reasonable) and a Starbucks, as well as the amazing setting of South Beach Café, which overlooks the bay and serves drinks and amazing food.
