The caravan benefits from blown heating and is fully double glazed, to offer you a high level of comfort.
Gas and electricity is included in the price.
This is a modern, high specification static caravan in superb condition, sleeping up to 4 people.
Smoking is not allowed in the caravan.
Pets are allowed in the caravan, by agreement, for a small additional charge (£10 per pet).

This is a Willerby Granada XL, 29 x 12 with 2 bedrooms, full double glazing, electric blown heating, current Gas Safety Certificate, smoke and CO2 alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket
The accommodation is in superb condition and comprises:
Spacious lounge with TV with Freeview and DVD player.
Kitchen with full size fridge and freezer so you can stock up and not waste precious holiday time doing a daily shop. There's also a full size gas oven and hob, extractor fan, slow cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, along with all crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware, pots and pans.
Bathroom with a sink, toilet, heated towel rail and a great shower with thermostatic control so you set the temp and flow.
Main bedroom with king size bed with fitted wardrobes and additionally overhead storage.
Second bedroom with two single beds, two single wardrobes and a set of drawers.
An iron and ironing board are available from the site, and a folding airer is provided in the caravan, along with a selection of DVDs, books, games for you to enjoy.

About the Area
The static caravan is located at the beautiful 4 star Tynllwyn Caravan, Camping & Touring Park situated in the picturesque hamlet of Rhydyronen overlooking the beautiful Dysynni Valley. Steaming alongside the site is the Talyllyn Railway, with a station only 50 yards down the lane.There is an on-site shop and you can order newspapers for daily collection.
Pay as You Go Wi-Fi is available on the site.
The area provides much to interest young families and individuals. There's beautiful unspoilt countryside with plenty of valleys and mountains to walk. The beach at Tywyn offers hours of fun with clean sea water for surfing, boating, swimming, diving or just splashing about.
The town of Tywyn is a 30 minute walk or short car journey from the caravan, and offers Co-op and Spar supermarkets, a cinema and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Tywyn also has a public swimming pool with sauna and steam room, as well as a public library and weekly market.
For nature lovers, Cardigan Bay is home to a school of dolphins which sometimes are seen from the Tywyn beachfront, as they migrate in search of fish up and down the coast.
Inland there is the beautiful mountain of Cadair Idris and further south the Cors-Dyfi Nature Reserve is home to many varieties of threatened wildlife, including a breeding pair of rare Ospreys.
