Caravan Description
We want to share our family caravan with you. It is situated in a quiet location on this very busy holiday park with the entertainment and all amenities only a 5 minute walk away.
Our cosy double glazed caravan consists of 2 bedrooms; one double with an en-suite shower room complete with toilet and wash basin, and a twin room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wall lights.
The kitchen is equipped with all crockery and cutlery, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and a dining room suite.
The lounge boasts the comfort of a three piece suite with a reclining chair, gas fire and TV with built in DVD player.
Gas, electric and Water are included in the price of your holiday, but unfortunately the cost of a family pass isn’t. The family passes that you will require to use the fantastic amenities in the main complex, are available from reception on your arrival.
We accept pets, although no more than 2 per booking.
We provide for you duvets and pillows, but politely request that you bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels with you.

About the Area
Sands Holiday Park has many facilities, which include a launderette, shop, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness suite, ten pin bowling, amusement arcades, sports hall, fishing lake/pond with a various variety of ducks and birds, an adventure playground, soft play area, restaurant, family showbar and a cash machine.The beach is close by, as is a fish and chip shop.
Bridlington and Hornsea are no more than 7 miles away and can be easily accessed via your motor vehicle. Alternatively you may wish to use the local bus service that operates between these two towns.
Scarborough, Filey, Flamborough and Whitby all within an hours’ drive.
