This is our three bedroom holiday home that sleeps up to eight people situated on Rookley Country Park in the Isle of Wight.

Caravan Description
Our holiday home is a 8 berth caravan comprising of a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for you on arrival.
In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet. Please bring your own towels.
The open plan lounge/diner has a large flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player, gas fire, large seating area and a separate dining table and seating area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new essentials, including a microwave, kettle and toaster, along with everything you need for your wonderful self-catering holiday. There is also a fridge freezer, plus full sized cooker to make the caravan a home from home.
A travel cot and highchairs are available on request free of charge (own travel cot bedding required).
Please note that NO smoking is allowed in the caravan.
I regret that I cannot allow pets in the Caravan due to possible allergies.
Bookings & Cancellations
If for whatever reason you have to cancel your holiday with us please let us know as soon as possible. We keep £50 deposit plus 25% of balance if cancelled less than 2 weeks before arrival.
We let weekly, Saturday to Saturday with check in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out by 10am.
Shorter lets are available (4 nights Monday to Friday / 3 nights Friday to Monday). Long term lets are also available, so, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please note: I do not offer 1 or 2 night stays. Bookings taken for a minimum of 3 nights.

Booking details and your holiday information will be sent out, once payment is confirmed, to your e-mail or home address.
We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cheque (if more than 6 weeks before arrival date).
Deposit is £50 (non-refundable should you wish to cancel booking). Balance is to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

The Isle of Wight is the perfect getaway for those looking for a luxury holiday that won’t cost the earth.Rookley Country Park is situated right in the centre of the Island, but is only 15 minutes from the ferry port, making it the perfect location to explore the whole of the Isle of Wight. It is also just 15 minutes from the nearest beach and in close proximity to the best island attractions.
The park is situated in 23 acres of wonderful parkland set around two fantastic, well-stocked fishing lakes. There is an on-site tackle shop that sells everything you need for a day’s fishing and even hires out tackle. The fishing is not included in the caravan hire price, this needs to be booked direct with the resident fisherman.
Also on site is an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, children's play area, crazy golf pitch and cycle hire, laundrette plus an amusement arcade and pool tables.
Included with the price of the caravan is unlimited access to Spinnaker's Entertainment Lounge where various shows and acts perform. These include live singers, children's disco, karaoke nights and bingo. Please check with reception as the entertainment is seasonal. You can also enjoy a drink, meal, light snack or just a coffee in the Quarter Deck Restaurant where prices are very reasonable.
Ferry Prices are NOT included in the hire price; customers should make their own arrangements for the ferry crossing. Red funnel depart Southampton into East Cowes crossing time taking approximately an hour, Wight Link depart Portsmouth into Fishbourne crossing time taking approximately 45 minutes.
