Caravan Description
We have a lovely family owned, 2013 Swift Soleil caravan situated in Karo Place on Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, just a short walk from the entertainment complex and the beach in a lovely quiet area of the site.
The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.
The open plan living space comprises a living room and kitchen/diner.
The living room features a large fitted seating area, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, electric feature fire and plenty of storage cupboards. Huge windows offer fantastic sea views.
The kitchen/diner has a full size gas oven, fridge, small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils etc. in fact, everything you will need for your stay.
There is a large fitted dining table with bench seating, providing ample room for 4 people to sit comfortably. There's also plenty of cupboards and shelving for storage.
The main double bedroom contains a double bed with bedside tables each side, a small vanity unit with mirror, overhead storage cupboards and shelving, plus a large double wardrobe with hanging space, additional shelving inside and a large shelf area below. This room also has an en-suite toilet.
The twin bedroom includes twin beds with a small bedside table between them, overhead storage cupboards and shelf, a single wardrobe with hanging space and a small vanity unit with mirror.
The bathroom is spacious and offers a rectangular shower, a basin, toilet and additional shelf space for toiletries etc.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is one of Haven's flagship parks and as such has a huge range of amazing facilities - please be aware that some of these incur additional charges.Activities on site include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, adventure golf, aerial adventure, pottery painting, sand art, bush craft, an amusement arcade, archery, Segways, easy gliders, a climbing wall, football academy, bungee trampolines and many more sporting and other activities.
Kids' clubs are available for all ages and there is now Wi-Fi available across the park.
On-site food outlets include the South Beach Cafe, Mash & Barrel, Burger King, Fish & Chip Shop, Papa John's Pizza, Millie's Cookies and Starbucks.
There is also a Spar shop for all of your essentials, as well as a hire shop, laundrette, gift shop and beach shop.
Off the Park you will find a McDonald's, Tesco and Lidl just a short drive away.
In the local area you will find lots of great things to do; you are only a few minutes' drive from Exmouth town centre and sea front where you can go shopping, eat out, go bowling or to the cinema etc.
Right next door you have World of Country Life, which you can walk to from the park. A little further away there is Bicton Park, Devon's Crealy and many other attractions to keep the family entertained.

Our standard breaks are listed as Saturday to Saturday, but please contact me for prices if you require a break with an alternative start day or length.
