Caravan Description
The caravan is positioned in a quiet area of Manor Park, with parking for two cars outside the caravan.
This delightful, open plan caravan sleeps up to 6 people in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
There is gas central heating in all rooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, saucepans etc. There is also an iron and pull-out ironing board.
The lounge area has a gas fire and flat screen TV with DVD/video player along with ample seating.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also has an en-suite toilet with hand basin.
Bookings
The prices will vary depending on the time of year of your booking. You can book the following dependent on bookings:
7 nights - Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday
4 nights - Monday to Friday
3 nights - Friday to Monday
A deposit of £75 is required to secure your holiday booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
There will be a £75 refundable security deposit against damages/breakages on all bookings, which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, after inspection of the caravan that it has been left in a clean, tidy condition with no damages done.
Check in time is 16.00 and check out time is 10.00
This is a dog friendly caravan. One well behaved, fully house trained dog is allowed, although if you have more than one, please contact us to discuss.
This is a NO SMOKING caravan.
Sites rules states. No same sex parties allowed (3 or more people)
Please do not exceed the number of people in your party after the booking is made.

About the Area
Hunstanton, is a lovely and traditional seaside town; ideal for a perfect break away for couples or families. It has sandy beaches and shallow water pools for kids to play in. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the caravan.Nearby are local pubs and restaurants, with a new supermarket just on the doorstep. A fairground and Sealife Centre is also a 5 minute walk away.
Situated on the fabulous Manor Park, our caravan is situated in a quite location yet is only a short stroll from the main clubhouse.
Facilities on site include free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, an outdoor heated swimming pool, an adventure playground, kids' club, restaurant, launderette and entertainment throughout the day during high season.
There are also local buses, with the bus stop just outside the park gates.
