Caravan Description
The caravan has full length windows at the front making it very light and airy.
The contemporary lounge consists of a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa bed and large bean bags for you to sink into. There is an electric fire, large TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Please feel free to view the selection of DVDs and board games, they are there for your enjoyment.
The caravan has 3 stylish bedrooms; we shall make the beds up for your arrival. There is one master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all with ample storage. All pillows, bed linen and duvets are new September 2016.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen/diner has a integrated fridge freezer, microwave, 4 hob gas hob.
We offer the caravan a Saturday to Saturday but if you have any other dates please enquire and we shall do the best to accommodate your needs.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this pleasant holiday home. Please do not hesitate to contact myself or my husband.
Please vacate the caravan by 10.30am on your departure day.
A £50 good house keeping bond is charged but fully refundable upon a satisfactory inspection.

About the Area
Newquay Holiday Park is a popular 4 star site and is only 3 miles from Newquay town centre. It has three wonderful heated outdoor pools with a 200 foot water slide, which is open from May until September. You will also find a clubhouse with nightly live entertainment, along with children's and teens' clubs.Also on site is the Tregana Bar and Grill, an amusement arcade, indoor soft play/ball pit, a number of outside play parks and a 9 hole pitch n putt golf course. There is also a convenience store and launderette.
Many stunning beaches close by include Crantock, Fistral and Watergate Bay.
Local attractions include the Eden Project, Truro, St. Ives and Diaryland.
