Luxury 2 Bedroom Holiday Lodge to let with panoramic sea views on Haven's 5 star flag ship Devon Cliffs Holiday Park minutes from its own private beach.
This is a beautiful 40 x 16 stunning lodge situated in a prime position on the park benefiting from the wonderful breath taking views of the Jurassic Coast line
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with built in microwave, fridge freezer, state of the art hob with extractor and high line fitted cooker and grill. Also comes fitted with a slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer, breakfast bar complete leather stools.
Spacious Lounge area has 32" flat screen TV with PS2 games console, twin couches feature flame effect electric fire, coffee table, large contemporary sideboard, sliding patio doors leading out to a fully equipped glass panelled decking area with large corner sitting perfect for al-fresco dinning and beautiful sea view and private quiet garden in end plot.
Dining area has free-standing dining table with 4 slatted-back chairs and feature ceiling canopy with pendant lighting.
Our beautiful lodge has one double bedroom with en-suite double shower with underfloor heating and ample fitted wardrobes and window seat with built-in storage, one twin bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ample storage.
Duvet and pillows are provided.
Both bedrooms come with a wall mounted TV.
Family bathroom/shower room with its marble - effect wall panelling has full sized bath with modern power shower over and digital electric under-floor heating system.
It is fully double glazed and has gas fired central heating.
Booking Conditions
A £100 deposit is required at time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
In addition we require £100 which is held against any damage, which will be returned after your holiday, subject to it being left in the same clean and tidy condition and no damage etc.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs is an all action Beach Resort with entertainment whatever the weather, with beautiful coastal walks and views there are numerous places to eat on site. South Beach restaurant overlooking the stunning private beach and coast line serves food and drinks all day and into the night.The main complex houses 2 show bars with regular kids clubs and evening entertainment as well as a restaurant there is Burger King, fish and chips, papa johns pizzas, sports bar and amusement arcade. Fun works Entertainment Passes can be purchased from the reception area. There is also a Spar shop convenience store, Starbucks and pottery making shop.
Sport and fun include modern large indoor/outdoor pools with a number of slides, Jacuzzi and extra water activities to book, archery, a climbing wall, fencing and adventure golf available - and new this year Segways and aerial adventure activity, plus much more.
Places to visit in the South Devon area include World of Country Life Park, Exmouth, South Devon Railway, Torquay, Paignton Zoo, Crealy Adventure Park, the Donkey Sanctuary, Becky Falls Woodland Park or a trip on the Stuart Line cruise along the River Exe.
