Caravan Description
The holiday home to let on Oakdene Forest Park is a static caravan in excellent condition and recently benefitting from having new carpets, wooden blinds and curtains.
It is located on the edge of the holiday park, directly next to the Hurn Forest and an open grass play area for children.
The caravan sleeps six and has two bedrooms; one double and one twin that can convert into a double. There is also a double bed settee in the sitting room.
There is a good size shower with toilet and wash basin, along with a separate second toilet with wash basin.
It has an open plan living area comprising kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, oven and grill etc. In the lounge there is a good size TV, DVD and CD player and an extensive stock of DVDs.
The attractive outdoor sitting area has a table with parasol, chairs, loungers and a BBQ. There is also parking for two vehicles.
Hand towels and tea towels are provided.
Duvets and pillows are also provided, but you will be required to take your own bed linen. Alternatively, this can be provided for an additional £20 for laundry charges.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed inside the holiday home.

There is a ‘Go Active’ range of organised activities for children on site too, including archery, junior musketeers, water sports, aeroball, den building, bug hunts, paintball, treasure hunts, pirate paradise etc.
The site is directly next to the Hurn Forest with woodland walks on the doorstep.
Oakdene Forest Park is 6 miles from Bournemouth international airport, 3 miles from the New Forest National Park, 5 miles from the historic town of Ringwood, 10 miles from Bournemouth and Poole with their sandy beaches, 20 miles from the Isle of Purbeck (with castles and stunning coastline, including World Heritage Jurassic Coast), 20 miles from Paulton's Park, home of Peppa Pig World, and 26 miles from Southampton.
The area is packed with interesting places to visit, including historic sites, coastline, children’s activities and nature sites. Moors Valley Country Park is about 3 miles away; here you will find Go Ape high ropes courses, mini steam train rides, cycle hire and woodland walks, extensive play areas etc. Avon Heath Country Park with country walks and visitor centre is 2 miles away.
There are fishing lakes to be found locally too.
