Caravan Description
Our non-smoking caravan to let on Neptune Hall Caravan Park in Gwynedd has 1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroom and a double bed in the lounge. The double bedroom has an en-suite with toilet and wash basin, a Freeview TV with integrated DVD player and all bedrooms have a wardrobes and storage space.
There is a separate shower room with a large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The large open-plan kitchen includes a gas range-style cooker, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and all utensils, plus lots of worktop space for preparing meals.
The dining area seats 6 people comfortably around a large oval table.
The lounge area is bright and airy and has a 32" Freeview TV, DVD player and a CD/radio, along with dvds, games and jigsaws.
Outside there is a large decking area with reclining seating and table for outdoor dining.. There is parking available for 2 cars outside the caravan. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE DECKING
Duvet covers and pillow cases are provided, but you will need to bring your own bottom sheets and towels.
Only one large dog or 2 small dogs will be allowed to stay in the caravan. Dogs are not allowed on the upholstery or beds.
All payments to be paid preferably by bank transfer although cheques will be accepted.
£50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book your holiday with the balance due 4 weeks before your holiday.
CANCELLATION: 4 weeks or more before holiday - deposit only
2-4 weeks before holiday - 50% of holiday cost will be taken
Less than 2 weeks before holiday - full cost of holiday will be taken
All holidays will require a security deposit of £50 to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the holiday to cover any loss, damage or breakages. Once the caravan has been checked over this or part of this will be returned by bank transfer pending the condition of the caravan and its contents
Minimum of 3 nights for short stay breaks. STRICTLY NON-SMOKING CARAVAN
DUE TO COVID-19 ALL BOOKS, GAMES AND JIGSAWS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. DVD's are still available

About the Area
Neptune Hall Caravan Park is situated on the seafront in Tywyn, Gwynedd. It has a small, family friendly club with regular entertainment, adult only bars and family bars. There is also a small shop on site selling newspapers and everyday essential items.Tywyn has miles of beaches, and along the seafront there are shops, amusements, a coffee shop, food and drink outlets, a children’s park, tennis courts, putting green, crazy golf and bowls.
In the town you will find supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, coffee shops, pubs, butchers, clothes shops, old fashioned sweet shop, hairdressers, pharmacy, gift shops, newsagents, etc. There is a leisure centre with a large indoor swimming pool and other sporting activities available, along with a library, an ice-cream factory, cinema, launderette, doctors/clinic, vets and Tallylyn Steam Railway, which has regular visits from Thomas the Tank Engine! There is also a large weekly Monday market.
The main train line is only a 10 minute walk from the caravan.
Tywyn is on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, so there are numerous places to visit.
