Caravan Description
This very comfortable and well-appointed static caravan is one of only 10 in a large field on a working farm, and is perfect for anyone wanting a quiet and very beautiful location.
The caravan is ideally sited near Rock, Daymer, Polzeath and Padstow.
It is ideal for families as it’s far from any busy roads, with plenty of space for children to run around quite safely, as well as being close to great beaches.
There are stunning views across the upper reaches of the Camel Estuary, with nothing but fields surrounding.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, with additional room in the dining area for 1, or 2 at a squeeze.
The living area is open plan, with comfortable bench seating round the picture window, a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio and CD player.
The dining area is next to the well-equipped kitchen, with full sized cooker, fridge and microwave.
The toilet is separate from the shower/bathroom, which has a shower over sitz bath.
There are plenty of cupboards for storage and hanging space for clothes.

About the Area
This idyllic location is only 1 mile from the excellent shops and cafes of Rock village, with a good pub in walking distance. The excellent sailing centre of Rock is only a couple of miles down the lane, where you will find more pubs, restaurants and shops.The Rock to Padstow ferry goes regularly from the sandy beach.
Daymer Bay is only 3 miles away and is one of the best beaches for children, with rock pools, soft sand and streams to dam - everything it takes to make the perfect “bucket and spade holiday”.
For the more adventurous, Polzeath is one of the world’s most renowned surfing destinations, with surf schools for beginners and board and wetsuit hire – all just 10 minutes away.
Port Isaac is an easy 10 mile drive (Doc Martin fans will know it as Port Wenn) and is the quintessential Cornish fishing village - well worth a visit.
There’s so much to do – wonderful walks, water sports, cycling (try the Camel Trail on the south side of the estuary) and some of the best restaurants in the country – not just Rick Stein, though he was probably the first.
It’s 4 miles to the attractive and busy town of Wadebridge, which has all the facilities you could want – cinema, leisure centre, several supermarkets, plus lots of independent shops and restaurants.
