The caravan is privately owned with little extras to make it more homely. It also has a back to front balcony with gates so that it is safer for your children and a little garden where you could have a BBQ. It is situated in the quieter part of the park, which people may appreciate.

About the Area
Broadland Sands is a holiday clifftop park between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. The park has just been upgraded to a very high standard by new owners and has everything you could want to make your holiday special.The outdoor pool is fabulous, with a waterslide and separate children’s pool. There is a children's playground, tennis courts, pitch and putt and an indoor games room with a children’s club in the morning and evening. You will find nightly bingo, disco and entertainment for the adults and an extensive menu in the newly refurbished bar and restaurant.
The Broads are only a few miles away and lovely sandy beaches on the doorstep it is a lovely place to chill out and relax. Pleasure wood hills is just up the road. Fritton Lake has free entry, Horse centre, Jungleworld and loads more.
