Our holiday home is a 2015 Pemberton Rivington on Primrose Valley in Filey. We are situated on Eskdale a quieter part of the park but just a 5-minute walk to adventure playground and pool. 10 minutes to main complex and beach. The caravan is double glazed and fully central heated. We have a veranda to the front and side of caravan with seating areas on both sides.
The spacious lounge area comprises of a 42” Free view TV (Sky TV available, bring your own box) DVD player, CD/Radio player, various DVD's, iPod doc. A feature fireplace, table with 4 chair setting, patio doors leading to a furnished veranda with rattan furniture with cushions, and a side bistro table with 2 chairs. We have the sun all day so there is always somewhere to sit and relax.
The fitted kitchen includes gas hob, oven and extractor fan, built in microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, large American fridge freezer, breakfast bar and stools, everything you need.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk in wardrobes, and drawers. the en- suite has a full-size bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink and storage cupboard.
The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and wall mounted TV
(we provide bedding for your stay) but please bring your own bath towels.
The main bathroom consists of large shower, toilet and sink and storage cupboard.
We have a Ramtec alarm for added security. Plus parking bay and storage.
This is a real home from home or a romantic retreat.
Sorry no pets allowed, No smoking. Max occupancy x 4 people, arrival time 1pm, departing time 10 am.
To reserve booking we require a £100 non-refundable deposit within 7 days, balance due 6 weeks before your holiday plus £50 refundable security bond which will be refunded following inspection of van on key return. Payment plans welcome.

Primrose Valley is a 5 star rated holiday park just a short drive from Bridlington and Scarborough, with access to York and North Yorks Moors.There are many activities available on the park, such as swimming, boating, a funfair, 2 show bars and a good choice of eating and drinking areas, to mention but a few.
