Caravan Description
This exclusively designed home is located on La Carabasse four star park. Laid out to feature landscaped avenues, with plenty of space between the homes. The recently refurbished heated pool area, (now shallower) features a stunning 17 person water jet Jacuzzi with the surrounding gardens having been thoughtfully landscaped with palm trees and shrubs. A large patio area, with sun beds and a shaded area is ideal during high summer, or for those who want comfort out of the sun.
The mobile has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk, 1 twin and a master double), 2 shower rooms with toilets, a luxury kitchen and lounge with air conditioning and large satellite TV.
Outside is a full length deck, some of which has been designed to offer shade. A table and chairs for 8, 4 sun loungers and BBQ make for perfect outside living.

Live family entertainment is provided each evening on the grand stage during the season* finishing at midnight.
A "fun pass" is required to access the entertainment and kids clubs, this is not included in the rental price but can be purchased at discount through the owner or Siblu boutique.
Other in season* activities include three kids clubs, tennis courts, football, multisport pitch, pool table, table tennis and bicycle hire.
On site you will also find an air conditioned restaurant with take away facilities, a supermarket, laundrette and internet access.

About the Area
Within Walking Distance of La Carabasse is Vias Plage beach, just a short stroll through the park and vineyards. Here you will also find restaurants and bars. The beach is long and is divided by rock breakwaters, which offer hours of entertainment for children - fishing and catching crabs!The road leading to the beach will be urbanised offering the same shops but with beautiful paved pedestrian walkway.
The walled historic City of Carcassone is an hour drive and should be seen - the castle structure with its turreted ramparts has an impressive past and has been used in the making of many films.
There is a market around the Church in Vias (a 15 minute stroll) on Saturdays and Wednesdays; here you can buy anything from brightly coloured ceramics to Olives and locally produced wine.
A great area for bike riding, walking and central for general sight seeing. Minutes walk to the famous Canal Midi where you can hire a small boat to explore the waterway.
Vias town, the square offers an Irish pub called Shenanigans and there are plenty on restaurants to chose from.
There are 2 bar/restaurants on the beach ,Chiringuito and Bahia ready to offer cocktails.
